Terms and Conditions of Service.

As a Hypnocoach and Therapist, my commitment is to adhere to the code of ethics of the Hypnosis and Coaching professions and to prioritise the client's freedom, pace, choices, decisions, and actions. I strive to establish a trusting relationship with my clients, providing a caring and non-judgmental environment. I aim to support clients in achieving better well-being and personal growth within the limits of my expertise.

In my role, I respect the importance of promptly scheduling appointments based on mutual availability. I approach my work with dedication, professionalism, and ethical standards. I utilise appropriate techniques and approaches tailored to each client's specific needs and requests. I continuously update my knowledge through literature and training while adhering to my framework as a Hypnotherapist and coach and the relevant code of ethics.

1. Role of the Hypnocoach and Therapist:

●      To provide serious online psychological support and offer help, information, advice, and explanations based on your needs and current challenges.

●      To listen attentively and provide tools to help you achieve your objectives.

●      To assist you in identifying your needs, expectations, and desires more effectively.

●      To accompany you in exploring and developing new avenues of reflection.

●      To guide you towards increased autonomy in your thoughts and decision-making.

●      To facilitate your personal growth and help you find answers that align with your values.

●      To help overcome any psychological barriers and unlock your potential for well-being.

●      In urgent situations, direct you to appropriate organizations or mental health professionals.

2. Professional Confidentiality:

● As a Hypnocoach/Therapist, I am committed to upholding professional confidentiality and safeguarding the privacy of each client. All information shared, whether orally or in writing, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

3. Appointments:

●      Appointments should be scheduled well in advance, and punctuality is expected.

●      Late arrivals cannot be accommodated by extending the appointment duration.

●      In case of appointment rescheduling, it must be done within 48 hours in advance via email (pcarbo.hypnose@gmail.com) or by phone (+33 6 81.76.46.37) through SMS or voice message.
Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in the consultation not being refunded.

●      Paid sessions confirm the appointment and are non-refundable.

●      If there are more than two consecutive postponements for the same appointment, it will be considered a disengagement on your part, and the accompaniment will be terminated without further rescheduling.

 

4. Rates:

●     The rates applied are non-commercial and reflective of the professional services provided.

5. Reimbursement and Individual Responsibility:

●      Some mutual insurance companies may reimburse a certain number of sessions (refer to the list of eligible mutual insurance companies), subject to an invoice provided upon your request.

●      In the event of technical difficulties (e.g., internet or telephone disruptions) on my part or otherwise preventing the session from taking place, I will promptly work with you to reschedule the online consultation at your convenience.

6. Termination of Online Consultation by the Hypnocoach:

●      Any racist, insulting, or pornographic comments made towards me or in general will not be tolerated. In the event of such misconduct, I reserve the right to terminate the session without a refund.
